They are also readable to the sites that have created them and you may not know about their existence. Like when you visit Yahoo.

These are short time cookies so that when you close your browser these are deleted. They pose lower security risks than first party or third party cookies because of this reason. You can choose them always by checking the box in the Advanced Privacy Settings" section.

Now you need to save the changes. Twice click “Ok” to save and exit the Internet Options.
